It's the hair style/color that was misleading. I don't remember the show 100% but a fairy with brown hair would be quite rare I beleive.

Funny, the hair style is quite different, true it did start off that way, but got it changed to make it different, heck, the shirt is different too, but I believe jbwarner for about about that. Here's a good example of how my OC looks different compared to Timmy. [link] And really? a brown hair fairy is rare? Infact if you've also noticed, his wings are ripped too, meaning that he can't fly, even with magic.

Oh don't worry, I didn't think anything that you said to me was bad ^^. I'm just happy that I didn't have to explain anything for a change since most people never take the time to compare, as you said, at first glance. They just assume, "same head shape, brown hair, its Timmy!" Despite that there's no pink, buck teeth, round nose, crown instead of hat, black and not blue pants, its just irritating when they don't even notice the obvious differences.

And nope, he's a fairy XP. For story purpose and character trait, his wings were ripped since birth (long story but let's say its a dark one if you're into that sort of thing) and since then, he never had the chance to fly on his own since his wings were cursed to never heal or let him fly even with magic. Making him a grounded fairy, and how often do you see that? XD

But again, to be fair, it can be confusing when you don't know the differences since you don't know my OC. But hey, I give you major credit to figuring out the differences on your own unlike most people who didn't take the time to truly notice XP lol.

There are things that just get lost 'at a glance'. The character was not formally introduced and given a chance to be different than timmy.

If they'd have appeared one next to the other, the differences would be obvious. I had to look up a Timmy reference to go 'yeah, the hair DOES have differences and the nose is not the same either'.

I missed the wing part too, I must say :s Pixies DO have square wings, he could have been a different kind as well.
