The Boy and the Bubbles

Yet another in the seemingly endless supply of Off the Deep End drawings I have lying around. Even if I can't write full stories for this series right now, that isn't going to stop me from drawing the characters having fun! Spencer is always happiest when he's in his element, so to speak. Whenever I'm in a cruddy mood, drawing Spencer or any of the characters from this series goofing around underwater always seems to lift my spirits too.
