SD15 - Say It, Don't Spray It

Just one of my many unfinished Off the Deep End pieces. I do a lot of these as morning warmup sketches, to keep my underwater skills from getting rusty. I always wanted to ink and color this one, but I never seemed to have time. I like the absurdity of trying to spray someone with a hose when they're already underwater; clearly, Danielle likes the idea too
