You gotta wonder what was going on in the mind of the man who invented the pie in the face gag. Did he just look at this dessert and think, "Man it would be hilarious to shove this in someone's face."? It's interesting to think about.

Honestly classic comedy is tons better than newer stuff. It's like people forgot how to be genuinely funny.

Oh my goodness. I agree, I agree 100%. Classic comedy is SO MUCH better than anything that comes out today. It seems that today's comedy is all serious and dry. Nothing wrong with dry comedy, I love a lot of dry comedy as well, but not all of it. Comedy in the golden period was all wacky, zany, pratfalls, and just nothing but fun wackiness. You don't see it much anymore, and when we do, it's not done right. That's why I created these guys. :)
