Every time I see Miley Cyrus on TV (which happens with alarming frequency, given that I don't watch the Disney Channel), I always think to myself "If Mickey Mouse was watching this, he'd probably throw a brick through his television screen". Then I remembered that there's already a cartoon mouse well-known for his brick-throwing skills - Ignatz, from George Herriman's "Krazy Kat" comic strip. The whole thing compounded into this.

My apologies to any "Hannah Montana" fans who may see this. But hey, if you were in Mickey's position, you'd probably do the same thing.

EDIT (6/10/08): Comments for this deviation were going to be disabled, but have been turned back on when I realized that disabling the comments also deleted them all. Still, I'm getting a little disturbed at some of the grisly death wishes that a number of people have for this girl. Even though I'm not a "Hannah Montana" fan, I don't wish any sort of misfortune upon Miley Cyrus, and I don't even mean any offense to her with this drawing - it's just an illustration of the classic Disney sensibility versus the new one.
