So a while back, Warner Bros. announced that they were planning a live action/CGI Christmas movie starring Marvin the Martian. This blew my mind for three reasons - one, WB has tried and failed twice in the past to "revive" the Looney Tunes through live action/animated combination projects; two, the idea of the Looney Tunes in CGI repulses me; and three, the project is being headed by Dimension Films, the same heavy-handed heartstring-tuggers behind P.S. I Love You and the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movies.
Honestly, what else could I do but depict Marvin's revenge against his boneheaded employers? I'm beginning to suspect that nobody in the Warner Bros. studio knows what to do with the Looney Tunes anymore. (It seems simple enough to me - JUST PUT THEM BACK ON TV ALREADY!)
First Smurfs, than a Robin version of smallville, and now this? Why doesn't the WB do something smart and just bring back Road Rovers or give Wonder Woman another show?
They have a franchise on their hands that could potentially rival Disney if they would only make the right choices. They seem incapable of this simple feat though. Likely it's Ted Turner's doing. Never underestimate the power of a rich redneck to screw everything up royally. Probably the best thing that could happen is someone to buy WB up from him and restaff it.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
