Family Togetherness by jbwarner86 Family Togetherness by jbwarner86
It's been a long time since I last drew the Simpsons. Can you identify which episode this comes from?

I like this style alot. It's got a more cartoony look that appeals to me, yet stays true to Matt Groening's design philosophies. Good job.

Best animated sitcom there will ever be...even though the last good thing to come of it all was arguably the Simpsons Ride. Seriously, Aye Carumba!

The newest seasons have its ups and downs and it definetly shows that Homer is still a good man at heart. Working on shaping up an old train ride he and Marge rode on when they concieved Lisa. He wasn't even in trouble with Marge in the first place, he did it for the sake of being romantic for their anniversary. It was a great season finale.

I would say "Rosebud" from Season 5, but everyone else has said it already. You did a great job of recreating this scene.

Burns's Teddy Bear.

But it also reminded me the one where Marge goes to a spa and Hmer leaves the kids with Patty and Selma...

Yeah, curiosity got the better of me on that one. It had me with the Lisa stuff, but it lost me with pinning blame on Matt Groening and people's (over)reaction to that Harlem Shake bit.

I stopped following the simpsons around season 15 so some of the jokes went over my head, I pretty much got the gist of it all though.

That's when I started tuning out, too. There were a FEW funny moments afterwards, most of them shortly after the movie, but nothing really memorable. I finally gave up during season 22 and never looked back.

Yeah, I like to think of the simpsons movie/game as their premature way of ending the series with a decent bang.
The show is just living dead at this point but outside sources like the movie and xbox/ps3/wii game have proved they still can be funny.

Yeah, I love the film and I played the heck out of the game. I even like the ride and the theatrical short from last year. They can't seem to be good anymore unless the occasion is extremely special...
