Another frightening Forever 16 strip, this one from October 31, 2004. For somebody like Jocelyn, compared to the torture that is home economics and its reinforcement of unfair gender roles, cutting off your foot seems downright pleasant.

The funny thing about home ec is they don't even HAVE to teach it in school. My parents taught me much of it for free.
