Cute pic but I always wondered if the baton was symbolic of anything. How much you wanna bet they bring her back for another episode like they did with Lurleen Lumpkin, Homer and Ned's Vegas wives, Frank Grimes (Jr.), Stampy the elephant,... you get the idea.

The baton is just a reference to a classic movie called Pretty Poison, which features a very Jessica Lovejoy-esque character who's a baton-twirler. At least, that's what they said on the DVD commentary for 2F04 "Bart's Girlfriend".

I don't think Jessica needs another full episode, but she did re-appear as one of the Robot Rumble contestants whom Bart defeats in FABF04 "I, D'oh-bot".
