Addiction Isn't Pretty

Entry number three in the Underwater Cuties of Toontown spotlights Angelica Pickles from "Rugrats", one of the Nicktoons that I grew up with. And one of the distinct things I remember about Angelica is that despite her manipulative nature and her overall brattiness, she still has one vice - her weakness for cookies. (They devoted one episode to her efforts in trying to kick her habit, if I'm not mistaken.) And when she accidentally drops her last package into the pool, it doesn't diminish her craving - nothing can keep her from these things, not even three-and-a-half feet of water.
